Cumberland Island is a National Park only

On our drive to Savannah we decided to check

We accomandied a friend looking for
property in Guatemala and got to visit Lake Atitlan and Antigua
Friends invited us down to Marathon and we
took a side trip to Key West
My son, Jeremy and Havilah got married way up in Crested Butte, Colorado. We had fun driving around Colorado and taking photos as well as a fabulous time at the wedding.
I had a class to teach in Lugano and we included
some time to drive through the alps.
As part of our Spain trip we took some time to
explore Lisbon and the surrounding towns.
We had a sibling re-union in Spain and we made
the most of our time there.
Sherry got to join us on a return trip to Guam.

In 2014 we returned to Okinawa and had some photo
shoot time.
We rented a camper in Portland and headed down the
Oregon coast

Sherry and I got a chance to drive down the
Big Sur coastline
This was the 1st trip to Okinawa with my
nephew Andrew - a fabulous photographer
We only had one day Panama City so we spent it in the old city, Casco Veijo.
We did have dinner above the Panama Canal
The famous Quetzal Trail leads from Cerro Punta to Boquete. Birders come from all over the world to walk it. Cerro Punta has farm fields growing all varieties of vegetables on steep slopes using mostly hand labor.
Up above David, Panama is Boquete. A mountain resort town, re-known for its coffee plantations and bird watching hikes
Bocca Chica is a small fishing village not from David, Panama. It was a 40 minute boat ride from there to and island retreat, Pacific Bay

We have a close friend who teaches at an International School in Kodocanal India. We met at her place and then headed out on a 10 day road trip.
We visited the tiger reservation and saw a famous play in Thekady, India
Next stop in India was a boat tour through the back water villages in Kerala
In Fort Kochi, India they still fish the bay using Chinese Fishing nets that they lower into the water and pull up using counter balanced rocks.
We stopped for two to enjoy the beach fishing town of Varkala, India
The very Southern Tip of India has a shrine to Vivekananada on a small rock outcropping in the bay.
We visited an Ayurvedic Clinic in a beautiful village
Apachi Trail in AZ to Petrified Forest in NM and the Painted Canyon
Hiking around Sedona AZ is a special place to visit.
We had perfect weather to hiked down a trail in the Grand Canyon.
We visited Acoma, NM and Monument National Park and Arches in Utah. A highlight was hiking up into a slot canyon.
