An RP265 was bench tested when the input voltage was 110 volts and when the input voltage was 120 volts. The WPB test indicates that for this fan there is an average of about 4% less CFM and 7.5% less static pressure capacity when the input voltage is at 110 versus 120 volts.  If I input approximate soil resistance lines for high flow soil and compacted low flow soil the difference in performance is listed as 4 cfm and 0.2" of static pressure for low flow and 10 cfm and 0.1" of static pressure for high flow.
